The 50 questions your buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, checked every week, read by a person, and fixed: pages, corrections at the source, listings and placements. $499 per brand per month.
For a small business the AI answer is a referral. Someone asks the assistant for the best pool builder in the county, a villa management company in a resort town, a warehouse supplier, a clinic, and the assistant names three or four companies with a reason and, on ChatGPT, a map card with a star rating. The answer is written from a few pages: the map listings, the review counts, one or two roundups, and whichever company's own site states its facts plainly. Small changes to those pages change the answer.
Rightcited checks the questions that matter in your market every week, has a person read every flagged answer, and does the fixes: the pages that give the assistants your facts, the corrections to the records they quote, and the listing requests to the sites the answers come from.
Patterns from the scans we have run this autumn, with the details changed where a company has not agreed to be named.
One rival's roundup can set the whole shortlist. Asked for the best villa management companies in one resort market, the assistants named eight to twelve firms, and every page they read belonged to the firms named: three of the managers had written "best villa management companies 2026" posts ranking the field, and the assistants quoted them. A company that had not written one was absent on all three assistants. In a small market the roundup is often the only list that exists, and a competitor wrote it.
Review counts are read as evidence, from wherever they live. The brand question is answered from the review platforms the assistants trust, with the counts quoted, and a business with a strong record on one site and a thin or stale record on another gets the thin one. One hospitality group's assistants' verdict was "I'd book the property, not the company", built from a 1,900-review listing for its oldest villa and one bad August review of its newest.
Name collisions happen, and the assistant does not notice. Asked whether a warehouse supply distributor was legitimate, Claude answered about the courier with a similar name. A wrong-company answer is the strongest evidence a scan can produce, and the fix is specific: the facts page that makes the business unmistakable, and the records that say what it is.
What the business is, where it operates, what it does and does not do, the licenses, the years, the owners, the review counts with their sources: one page an assistant can quote when asked whether you are real, written so the name collision cannot happen.
Best X in Y, answered from your side: the service areas, the projects or properties, the prices or price ranges you are willing to state, the reviews and where they live.
Map listings with the right category, address and website; review profiles claimed; the roundup entry corrected where it carries the wrong city or an old count. Each traced to the answer that quoted it.
Up to 20 a month to the roundups, directories and local lists the answers read, logged with dates and replies; up to one secured placement a month where a list will not add you.
Fifty questions on four assistants, every flagged answer graded with the sentence that earned it, and a dashboard where each count opens the answers behind it.
Core is $499 per brand per month, month to month, cancel any time, with the work included. The free scan comes first: six to eight of your buyers' questions on two or three assistants, graded by hand, reviewed with you on a 15-minute call. If you start Core, the full 50-question set runs in week one.
Week one: a three-minute intake, then the truth file and the question set within two business days for you to approve. Weeks two to four: the first pages arrive in the order the answers set, the first corrections and listing requests are filed and logged. Day 30: the dashboard shows the first re-check against the baseline, every count opening the answers behind it, with each delivery dated in the work log. Nothing is marked fixed until it holds on two consecutive checks.
$499 per brand per month, month to month: the truth file, 50 questions checked weekly on four assistants, a person grading every flag, up to ten pages, up to 20 listing and inclusion requests and up to one secured placement a month, the dashboard and the work log. Pricing.
The same program at the volume your goals need: more pages, requests and placements a month, community corrections where a site's rules allow, a dedicated channel and a monthly proof call. Scoped and priced after the scan. Book the call.
The AI Page Check runs one page through all four assistants for $2.99, and the free 360-degree scan runs six to eight of your buyers' questions on a 15-minute call. Both are real samples of the weekly check.
Four engagements, four categories, the before and after counts
Core is $499 a month with the work included, and if a wrong or missing answer costs you one customer a month it has paid for itself. The free scan is the honest test: six to eight of your buyers' questions on two or three assistants, graded by hand, on a 15-minute call. If the answers already name you first and get your facts right, we will say so.
Fifty is a ceiling, not a quota: the set is built with you from the questions your buyers actually ask, including the by-name and legitimacy questions, and most single-location businesses fill it with service, area and comparison variants. Unread prompts change nothing, which is why a person reads every flag.
We correct what is wrong in the records the assistants quote (category, address, website, the roundup entry with no city) and we show you which review profiles the answers read so you can claim and route them. We do not write reviews and we do not ask for access to your accounts.
A facts page or a market page the assistants read with search on can be picked up within days; a corrected directory entry takes as long as the directory takes. Each change shows dated in the dashboard, and nothing is marked fixed until it holds on two consecutive weekly checks.
Or start smaller: the AI Page Check runs one page through all four assistants for $2.99.
