The 50 questions your buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, checked every week, read by a person, and fixed: pages, corrections at the source, listings and placements. $499 per brand per month.
Software buyers ask the assistants the questions they used to ask a review site: best X for a team our size, X vs Y, alternatives to X, is X worth it, how X prices. The answer is a shortlist with a first pick, and the shortlist is written from a handful of pages the assistant read in the seconds before it answered. For a SaaS company the question is simple and the answer is measurable: are you on that shortlist, where, and from which page.
Rightcited checks the 50 questions that matter in your category every week on all four assistants, has a person read every flagged answer, and does the work that moves the shortlist: the comparison pages, the corrections at the source, the listings on the sites the answers are written from.
Patterns from the scans we have run this autumn, with the details changed where a company has not agreed to be named.
Three patterns repeat in every software category we have scanned this autumn.
The shortlist is written from roundups, and vendors write the roundups. Asked for the best dispatch software for a three-van operator, ChatGPT built its answer from a rival's own "best NEMT software" post published two weeks earlier, cited five of that rival's pages, and named the rival first. The same question a week earlier had a different first pick, set by a different roundup. Nothing about the products had changed; the page the assistant happened to read had.
Your own comparison content gets quoted for your rivals' facts. The same company's own ranked list of competitors was read by ChatGPT and cited for the competitors' prices. A comparison page you write is a source the assistant trusts, which cuts both ways: it will quote your table, so the table has to say what you need it to say about you.
Pricing questions split the assistants by what they can reach. On a per-trip pricing question, ChatGPT read the company's pricing page twice, called it "the clearest example" and put it first; Claude never reached the pricing page, read a competitor's pricing guide and two review sites instead, and did not name the company at all. Same question, same morning. The difference was which pages each assistant read, and that is the thing a program can change.
X vs Y and alternatives-to-X pages for the rivals the assistants name first, with the feature table, the pricing model stated plainly, and the fit by company size. The weekly check tells us which comparisons are absent and which rival's page is being read instead.
Plan names, what each includes, the pricing basis (per seat, per trip, per unit) in one sentence an assistant can lift, and a dated effective date. Half the pricing answers we see are built from a rival's guide to your pricing.
Best X for a small team, for an enterprise, for a two-person shop: the question is asked that way, and the answer is written from whichever page frames it that way.
Up to 20 requests a month: the roundups, the directories and the review and comparison sites the answers cite, each followed up and logged. Where a source will not list you, up to one secured placement a month.
Stale plan names, a retired tier still quoted, a feature an assistant says you lack. We trace each to the page it was read from and request the correction there, then re-check until the answer changes.
Core is $499 per brand per month, month to month, cancel any time, with the work included. The free scan comes first: six to eight of your buyers' questions on two or three assistants, graded by hand, reviewed with you on a 15-minute call. If you start Core, the full 50-question set runs in week one.
Week one: a three-minute intake, then the truth file and the question set within two business days for you to approve. Weeks two to four: the first pages arrive in the order the answers set, the first corrections and listing requests are filed and logged. Day 30: the dashboard shows the first re-check against the baseline, every count opening the answers behind it, with each delivery dated in the work log. Nothing is marked fixed until it holds on two consecutive checks.
$499 per brand per month, month to month: the truth file, 50 questions checked weekly on four assistants, a person grading every flag, up to ten pages, up to 20 listing and inclusion requests and up to one secured placement a month, the dashboard and the work log. Pricing.
The same program at the volume your goals need: more pages, requests and placements a month, community corrections where a site's rules allow, a dedicated channel and a monthly proof call. Scoped and priced after the scan. Book the call.
The AI Page Check runs one page through all four assistants for $2.99, and the free 360-degree scan runs six to eight of your buyers' questions on a 15-minute call. Both are real samples of the weekly check.
Four engagements, four categories, the before and after counts
The ones your buyers ask the assistants: best X for a team like ours, X vs Y for each rival the answers name, alternatives to X, is X legit, how X prices, does X integrate with Z. Fifty, chosen with you in onboarding from the categories the assistants already answer, and the free scan runs six to eight of them first.
The reading and the work. A tracker shows the counts; Rightcited has a person read every flagged answer, writes the comparison and pricing pages the answers are missing, files the corrections and the listing requests, and shows you on the next check whether the answer changed. Keep the tracker if your team uses it; the overlap is the tracking.
No. We need your facts (plans, prices, features, integrations, with a source for each) for the truth file, and we deliver pages ready to publish. Nothing we do requires access to your site or your product.
Pages the assistants read with search on can be picked up within days of publishing, and the shortlist can move the same week; a listing on a third-party roundup takes as long as that site takes. The dashboard shows each change dated, and nothing is marked fixed until it holds on two consecutive checks.
Or start smaller: the AI Page Check runs one page through all four assistants for $2.99.
