Who it's for

AI visibility for B2B services firms

The 50 questions your buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, checked every week, read by a person, and fixed: pages, corrections at the source, listings and placements. $499 per brand per month.

A buyer looking for a firm asks the assistants the way they would ask a peer: who are the best architects for a custom home in this region, which agency handles X for companies like ours, which consultancy should we interview, is this firm legitimate. The answer is a shortlist of named firms with a reason for each, written from directories, awards lists, roundups and the firms' own project pages. For a services firm the questions are whether you are on the list, in which markets, and what the assistants say when a buyer asks about you by name.

Rightcited checks the 50 questions that matter in your category and your markets every week, has a person read every flagged answer, and does the work: the region and service pages the answers are missing, the corrections to the directory entries the assistants quote, and the inclusion requests to the lists the answers are built from.

What the answers do

Why services answers behave the way they do

Patterns from the scans we have run this autumn, with the details changed where a company has not agreed to be named.

Directories feed the answer, and the entry decides it. A Sacramento architecture firm was named first by ChatGPT for a design-driven custom home in Sacramento and absent from all six answers about Lake Tahoe and the Bay Area, two markets it works in. Houzz was read in 8 of 12 answers, more than any other site. One regional list that the firm was already on carried its entry with no city, no address and an award count that did not match its site, and Claude read that list and named eight other firms. A listing written so an assistant skips it is worse than no listing.

Markets are answered from memory when the lists are thin. Gemini answered both the Tahoe and Bay Area questions without running a search: seven firms each, from its prior, no page read. On those questions a firm has to be in the model's memory, which means the lists, the magazines and the awards pages the model was trained on, not a page published last week.

The brand question is where the caveats live. Asked whether the firm was legitimate, all three assistants said yes; two added a budget caveat read from a single four-star review, and one read a contractor-licensing record that filed the firm under general engineering. The firm's own site, pictures with little text, was never opened by Claude in six answers; every line Claude had came from Houzz. The site was not doing the work the directory was.

Month one

What we build for a services firm

PIECE 01

A page per market and service

The region pages the answers are missing (the office, the projects by neighborhood, the licenses, the awards one by one, the reviews with their source) and the service pages written to the question a buyer asks, not the firm's taxonomy.

PIECE 02

Directory and record corrections

The entry with no city, the award count that does not match, the wrong category on a licensing or review site: traced to the page the assistant read and corrected there, then re-checked.

PIECE 03

The compare page

Who does what in-house against the rivals the assistants name first, on the dimensions the answers use: scope, markets, process, awards, fees stated as plainly as the firm is willing.

PIECE 04

Inclusion requests to the lists

Up to 20 requests a month to the directories, regional roundups and award lists the answers read, followed up and logged; up to one secured placement a month where a list will not add you.

PIECE 05

The trust page

Process, budget handling, licensing and the proof a buyer asks for next, on one page the assistants can quote when asked whether you are the real thing.

Cost and timeline

What it costs, and when things land.

Core is $499 per brand per month, month to month, cancel any time, with the work included. The free scan comes first: six to eight of your buyers' questions on two or three assistants, graded by hand, reviewed with you on a 15-minute call. If you start Core, the full 50-question set runs in week one.

Week one: a three-minute intake, then the truth file and the question set within two business days for you to approve. Weeks two to four: the first pages arrive in the order the answers set, the first corrections and listing requests are filed and logged. Day 30: the dashboard shows the first re-check against the baseline, every count opening the answers behind it, with each delivery dated in the work log. Nothing is marked fixed until it holds on two consecutive checks.

Which package fits

Three ways in.

Core, for one brand

$499 per brand per month, month to month: the truth file, 50 questions checked weekly on four assistants, a person grading every flag, up to ten pages, up to 20 listing and inclusion requests and up to one secured placement a month, the dashboard and the work log. Pricing.

Grow, for scale

The same program at the volume your goals need: more pages, requests and placements a month, community corrections where a site's rules allow, a dedicated channel and a monthly proof call. Scoped and priced after the scan. Book the call.

Start smaller

The AI Page Check runs one page through all four assistants for $2.99, and the free 360-degree scan runs six to eight of your buyers' questions on a 15-minute call. Both are real samples of the weekly check.

Questions

Asked before buying. Answered straight.

We work in several regions. Does one plan cover them?

Core at $499 a month covers one brand and up to ten pages a month, and the 50 questions can span several markets; most firms with two or three regions start there and put one region page a week in the queue. Firms with many offices or markets are Grow, quoted after the scan.

Our site is mostly images. Does that matter?

It matters more than anything else on this list. An assistant that cannot read text on your site reads the directory instead, and the directory decides what it says. The first pages we write are the ones that give the assistants your facts in words: markets, projects, licenses, awards, process.

Can you get us onto a list we are not on?

We can ask, with the facts the list needs, and we log every request and every reply. Where a list will not add you, Core includes up to one secured placement a month on a site the answers read. We never promise a listing we cannot deliver; the work log shows what was asked and what happened.

What does the free scan show a services firm?

Six to eight of your buyers' questions on two or three assistants: who is named first per market, where you land, which directories and lists wrote the answers, and what the assistants say when asked about you by name. It is a real sample of the weekly check.
