The 50 questions your buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, checked every week, read by a person, and fixed: pages, corrections at the source, listings and placements. $499 per brand per month.
Ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity whether a company is legitimate and you get a verdict: yes, yes with a caveat, no, or an answer about a different company with a similar name. The verdict is assembled from records the brand did not write: review platforms, the BBB, licensing databases, press, forum threads, a competitor's test of its products, and whichever page the assistant reached before it ran out of searches. For a PR or brand team, that answer is the new first impression, and it is measurable every week.
Rightcited checks the brand, trust and alternatives questions every week on all four assistants, has a person read every answer and grade it (favorable, favorable with a caveat, negative, wrong company) with the verbatim sentence, traces each caveat to the page it came from, and corrects what can be corrected.
Patterns from the scans we have run this autumn, with the details changed where a company has not agreed to be named.
Caveats come from records, and the record is quoted as read. A supplements brand's "is it legit" answer on one assistant carried a competitor's surveillance test of a sister brand's gummies, served as a caveat on the brand's capsules, read from the competitor's own blog. A leather goods brand's answer carried a BBB F rating earned by eight unanswered complaints and a 1.6 Trustpilot score under an old domain, against 32,000 on-site reviews the assistant discounted. Neither brand had looked at those records in months; the assistants read them that morning.
A missing fact gets filled in. Asked where a brand's goods were made, three assistants searched, found no statement on the brand's site, and answered anyway: "the murky part", "may be outsourced overseas", and, from the assistant that read seven of the brand's own pages, "primarily in China" stated as fact. The gap in your own story is written for you, in the voice of whichever record the assistant found.
Collisions and tiering are verdicts too. One assistant answered a legitimacy question about a distributor with facts about a courier of a similar name. Another, asked about a hospitality group, concluded "I'd book the property, not the company". A third placed a boutique resort group "a tier below" the luxury names in its market from price alone. Each of those is a sentence a buyer reads, and each is traceable to the pages that produced it.
Is X legit, X reviews, X vs the names you are measured against, alternatives to X: every answer on four assistants read by a person, graded with the verbatim sentence, and traced to the records it quoted.
Unanswered complaints answered, review profiles claimed and routed, licensing and directory categories fixed, the stale press line that keeps resurfacing traced to its page and corrected there. Logged with dates and replies.
Where the goods are made, who owns the company, the lab or the certification, the two brands that share a name: one plain page for each gap the answers keep filling in for you.
When a rival's page is the source of a caveat, the correction request to that page where the rules allow, and the page on your site that states the fact with the evidence so the assistants have a second source to weigh.
The dashboard counts the brand answers by verdict, each opening the archived answer, and the work log dates every correction. Nothing is marked fixed until the verdict holds on two consecutive checks.
Core is $499 per brand per month, month to month, cancel any time, with the work included. The free scan comes first: six to eight of your buyers' questions on two or three assistants, graded by hand, reviewed with you on a 15-minute call. If you start Core, the full 50-question set runs in week one.
Week one: a three-minute intake, then the truth file and the question set within two business days for you to approve. Weeks two to four: the first pages arrive in the order the answers set, the first corrections and listing requests are filed and logged. Day 30: the dashboard shows the first re-check against the baseline, every count opening the answers behind it, with each delivery dated in the work log. Nothing is marked fixed until it holds on two consecutive checks.
$499 per brand per month, month to month: the truth file, 50 questions checked weekly on four assistants, a person grading every flag, up to ten pages, up to 20 listing and inclusion requests and up to one secured placement a month, the dashboard and the work log. Pricing.
The same program at the volume your goals need: more pages, requests and placements a month, community corrections where a site's rules allow, a dedicated channel and a monthly proof call. Scoped and priced after the scan. Book the call.
The AI Page Check runs one page through all four assistants for $2.99, and the free 360-degree scan runs six to eight of your buyers' questions on a 15-minute call. Both are real samples of the weekly check.
Four engagements, four categories, the before and after counts
No one can remove an answer; assistants generate them fresh each time from the pages they read. What changes an answer is changing the pages: answering the complaints the record counts, correcting the directory entry, stating the missing fact, giving the assistant a second source. We do that work and show you on the next check whether the verdict moved.
Against your truth file: the documented facts with their sources, built with you in onboarding. A caveat that matches a documented fact is fair and we say so; a caveat built on a wrong price, an old product or another company's record is an error, and it is traced to the page that produced it.
ChatGPT and Claude are the ones buyers quote back to brands; Gemini and Perplexity differ in which records they reach. We check all four, because the same question gets a different verdict on each, and the difference is which pages each one read.
